Here are some of my thoughts about the crisis on wall street, for what its worth:

• I can’t imagine what’s its like to have hundreds of thousands or even more wrapped up in the market right now, especially if I was a few years away from retirement, or retired and depending on the income.

• I can’t imagine what it’s like to show up to work knowing that your days are numbered.

• I would hate to see the country head into a depression similar to that of the ’20s and ’30s.

• I do find it fascinating to watch and learn.

• From a personal and somewhat selfish standpoint, I am very excited by the dip in the markets.  We don’t need the money for another 35-40 years and see this downturn as a great long-term opportunity.

So Marcie and I have set up our very own blog, Zarcie.  You know, like Bennifer and Branjalena, but more interesting.  I’m not sure who cares, other than maybe our parents, but here it is.  Hi Moms and Dads.
